Returning Items
We will happily replace a broken item if notified within 30 days of purchase, we may require the broken item to be returned prior to sending a replacement.
Refunds
Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Delivery is non-refundable.
Products must be in 100% resellable condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and components.
Software, video tapes and dvd's, may not be returned once opened.
If defective they will be exchanged for the same title.
If a problem exists with a custom made product, such as a specially made leather jacket, a refund will only be provided after attempting to rectify the problem.
